And I love breakfast. Consequently we usually either skip lunch or eat something very light for lunch. Veggie Omelette.. Sausage and egg frittata... Cheese grits topped with fried eggs, cheese, tomatoes, avocado, and diced jalapeno... Country style fried potatoes, Conecuh sausage, scrambled eggs and French bread toast... Thick cut hickory smoked bacon, scrambled eggs, Irish potato pancakes, avocado... Classic American...
