Our buddy that’s runs the business that we get all our seed, fertilizers and chemicals for the rice crops has some friends that’s are trying to get in the food plot seed business. We were asked to plant some of the seed as a test. I planted some here at home, at our place in Alabama and on my brothers lease in west central Louisiana. So far the plot here at home is looking great. It was planted on 10/20. The plots are decent at most due to lots of rain right after they planted. I asked our neighbor at the camp to go check a couple fields there. He said they are outstanding. Here is pics of the home plot. I will not say what’s in the mix but it’s all common seeds and will not name the company yet. [Linked Image] [Linked Image]

I think everyone in Alabama is just dumping loads of corn this year.

My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

Unless they invented some new plant, i'm sure it's the same stuff in most other seed mixes, so i'm sure it will grow well.

I think most seeds are the same. He has a few different blends with some seed not found in most common blends I’m sure there are blends out there with them in it. None that we’ve ever used.
