Pretty pup Might I suggest tracking wounded deer by John jeanenney it's a good read for trackers and dog training and handling Will look into that.

Go to your local deer processor and ask them if they'll save you some livers and leg ends. Use the liver for blood and the legs for the prize at the end and start working him on fake training tracks between the real ones. You'll want to continue to do this in the off season too for the first few years
