The AL DCNR sure does goof up a lot on these lottery hunt deals or at least so it seems. You’d think they’d go learn from some of these other states that do draws for multiple units and species on the regular....

I'm no conspiracy theorist but just seems kind of ridiculous how often these get "messed up". How much do they pay? Maybe I could get a part time job with them.
