Then the next morning scramble some eggs and fry some hash browns. Mix them together and put the left over chili on top.

Dude, you have to try this on a cold morning, its a staple breakfast that most my guest want, "Hot Eggs". Saute some diced onions and minced garlic, add a can of Rotel, some ketchup and let simmer for a while. Put a bed of that on a plate,add fried eggs then sharp cheddar on top. Trust me.....

I've had chili with eggs over easy on top of a hamburger patty before. Actually was at a Iron Skillet restaurant. It was pretty good.
