Got my first bow kill yesterday. 3 does walked in at 20 yards. lined up broadside. my crossbow made a satisfying thunk and i hear a crack. as the 3 does turn to run, i watch the 1" diamater sapling fall that i hit..... that one wont be growing into a big tree. rofl

Back about 8 yrs ago I harvested a nice tree. Instead of the chocolate horned 11pt I was after at 22yds

couple years ago I was lined up on a 4 point to let a arrow fly. I launched it off and it clipped a branch and ended up nailing the deer straight between the eyes. A kills a kill right?

I was watching a arrow fly perfectly on target at a nat frst 4 pt few years ago. Only for it to center a muscadine vine half way there and start swinging.

I hit a vine once and the opposite happened. Arrow made a hard right into the hind qtr, hit artery and dead less than 30yds lol
