What county you hunt in Indiana? I hunt in Greene County. Got hit hard by the EHD this year.

Hopefully we will get some of this cooler weather I keep hearing about before this weekend. I have a few good hit listers regularly on camera, so hopefully I can contribute by getting them on the ground.

checking in, I have a pile of good bucks to hunt this year, pretty excited about the season. I have a big wide 8 still in velvet coiming in daylight but the rain is keeping me from going to hunt him this afternoon.

I had an awesome hunt yesterday afternoon and was able to kill a 94 lb. doe. Points on the board and meat in the freezer!!!

Getting it narrowed down seen prob 700 inches of horn in one bachelor group so I got a lone wolf put up about 30 yards from the trail where they leave their bedding area

I’m slacking a bit seen 5 bucks and 17 does in the rain . A small 8 with solid white legs ,2 studs 1 is prob 135” and another that ll flirt with 150” . Just hate to shoot a doe in there when I have bucks like that still moving in the daylight

Seen 11 bucks the last 2 times out 8 or so in the 115-125 range and 3 that are studs just can’t seem to get em in the right spot .one made it to 60 yards tonight just too dark to shoot. I’m heading to Indiana for a week on the 8th to give these a break . I’ll get after them with the smoke pole when I come back .. as I was typing I got a text from a neighbor . . Good 12 point got killed today about 300 yards from where I’ve been seeing them .

i had a chance to kill a doe over the weekend but opted out because i was going to my lil bros football game. i did kill a raccoon off my feeder. ill get back after them at some point

noone has said a word on our team in a month

I’ve been hunting a lot, but I can’t see the right bucks to pull the trigger on. Our rut is right around the corner here, so I’m hopeful to have a good one on the ground by the end of the month!!

I let this 3 year old walk a couple of weeks ago...When I got these initial pics of him in August, I thought he was 4 years old. But, after studying more recent pics of him and watching him for 10 minutes in person, he’s just 3.5

yea he def could use another year or two if possible, ive only gotten to go probably 6/7 times. Im ready to shoot one thats for sure good luck somebody kill a stud

I got an older buck on the ground this afternoon. He won’t be many points for our team, because he’s so ugly!! But, he’s a trophy in my eyes

Shot a buck xmas eve but never found him. Was a really good 7 point.

killled this solid 4 year old at one of my leases. We normally wouldn't shoot this deer there but no good bucks are getting passes this year since I'm losing this lease. even got to break my new rifle in on him and break the ice

Welp, I screwed up this morning!! The 7 point that I’d let walk back in early December came into the field at 6:20 this morning and chased a group of 4 does/fawns. It was still very dark and I thought this was a bigger 8 point I have on camera...He’s still a great deer with a 17 1/8” inside spread and I’m tickled to get him!!

Got a 9pt today with my .300blk pistol, they are getting cranked up down in Autauga county

We ain’t doin too bad and I killed a doe with my bow I can get verification pics of it but they are on an sd card on my buddies camera .

Sorry, guys been a little busy. I killed a 6 on Dec 31st that I honestly mistook for another deer. He came in right at dark with 2 other bucks and looked a lot bigger than he actually was. Looks like this weekend is going to be a washout. I will post pics shortly.

If we all bust a doe we ll be in the thick . Team 1 pretty tough though .

I just can't seem to catch up to a mature deer, I've been hunting my butt off too. congrats Audeerhunter on a great season. Hoping I can kill buck #2 soon, I'm starting to get frustrated not being able to kill one

Same here Turkeymaster, I have passed on several good looking young deer that are much better than the one I killed earlier this season. But most of them have been super looking 2.5 year olds that I just do not want to shoot. 2 of the mature hit listers that I had on camera at our place have been taken by other guys in the last few weeks. I also cannot force myself to shoot a doe right now although I could have. Something about having "live bait" around and thinking a mature buck could be just out of view that is about to come check the doe out keeps me from shooting.

Thanks!! It’s been a great year and I’m enjoying it!!! Years like this don’t come around very often!! I’ll normally kill one good buck a year or maybe two. I haven’t tagged out on bucks since the 09-10 season, simply because I can’t ever see three that are worth shooting

Got an 8 to upgrade the 6 point I killed a few weeks ago. I will get pics posted soon. Not a bruiser, but 18" inside spread.
