I'll be going out Sunday to hunt some Public Land. Hopefully I'll be able to put one on the board for our team.

I just hate killing anything close to house and that's where most of my deer r...i need to hunt couple other places next week and kill a couple for freezer cuz I been out of deer meat for a month.

I did some hunting over a rye field but didn't see anything other than tracks.

12/10/19 I sat for two hours before work. Hopefully next time out I'll connect with one.

I haven't been back out since taking the 2 does during muzzleloader week. Probably won't get out any this weekend either. Just way too much stuff going on right now. Good luck to all of you who are making an effort!

Sitting on top of a hill on a old logging road in the middle of about 6 year old pines looking down to the bottom of the road at a draw. I was sitting in a make shift ground blind made up pine limbs looking at a baby bit of corn and some rak attak hopefully to stop something when it crossed the road. Got in my chair at 3:15pm and at 4:00pm had a doe and yearling stop by for a bit, then 4:15pm button head and spike stop and run the doe off , they hung around about 10 minutes, then about 4:50pm had a doe come thru she was acting little jumpy, I was really thinking about shooting her but glad I didn't cause about that time he stepped out and gave me a good pose quartering to me about 95 yards popped him in the base of the neck and front shoulder he dropped in his tracks.
Rem 700 7mm mag,140 grain ballistics ,had good north wind that evening.

I've killed 3 does this year. Finally got my picture with one of them. Shot her in Michigan in late doe season on December 28th. My shooters are just now starting to show up. I don't start hunting hard until mid January around me. If anybody will pm me, i'll send them my # so my doe can get posted.
