Last sit of the season for me fellas! Haven’t been but a few times the past few weekends, didn’t get to go as much this season as usual with a new baby but that ok. I’ve enjoyed the family time and can’t wait till he gets big enough to get in the woods with me! My daughter used to go a little but she never feel in love with it and that fine because I don’t wanna make them do anything they don’t enjoy. Best of luck to y’all the rest of season and maybe we’ll be on the same team again next year!

I got another one a couple weeks ago but he won't do me any good as an upgrade.

Trying to keep an eye on the points, I can take a doe this weekend if we need it.

I’m hunting again this weekend, and hope to cross paths with a good Alabama buck. I don’t think I can do better points-wise than the 10 pt. I killed in KY, but who knows for sure.

Alright fella’s, I’m done for the season. The Bama bucks whipped my butt this year - good thing I killed that dink 10 pt on Knox! Thankfully I did manage to kill a doe, so I reckon I got all the points I could for the contest.

I'm wrapped up. Tried to get us a doe last night with my bow but made a bad shot and was unable to track her down.

Well here’s proof that lightning can strike twice! Seriously, we were fortunate last year for all of us to get paired up... having a team full of guys who actually hunt is key to being successful with this.

From looking at SJ’s and WEMO’s locations (plus mine) it would appear we are spread out all across the state (from Mobile to Huntsville). That would probably prevent us from ever getting together for lunch. That said, if any of you guys are ever up in HuntsVegas then shoot me a PM the day before and we’ll see if we can’t make lunch happen.
