Inherited one couple years ago, anybody got any experience with em? I looked online it's not an expensive gun kinda just fishing for any known issues or things to check out...

I believe the 4 was just a fancier 7400. But I may be misremembering.

You would be correct
There are two types of gun enthusiasts ... Those who have been F#CKED by PTG and those who will be!

I always coveted one. Never owned one believe it or not. My cousin had a Six, the pump counterpart to the Four, in .270 and it was purdy. He kilt his first deer with it, a big ol misshapen 12-point in full stinkin’ rut. I was with him and helped get it out of the woods.

Had one. Eventually they give trouble and parts are hard to come by. Mine had multiple issues with loading rounds. Before that started, it was a great rifle.
