I tried to get ahold of them for several days a couple weeks ago, im still waiting. My camera was not transmitting pics. I noticed it was in the sun all evening and getting pretty hot. I moved it to a shadier location, changed batteries and sim card and it started working again. I have had trouble with mine a couple other times and changing the sim card fixed it. I have never got a bit of help from customer service. There was a software update on my camera a day or two after it started working again so im assuming they got my message and tinkered with it a little. But they havent responded to any of my messages. Piss poor customer service.
