We finally had to tear down one of our oldest shooting houses called Ft Ivan. It earned that name after we had to stand it back up after succumbing to high winds. Going to build one using the same plans as the one I built Two years ago but going to make this one 8’x5’ with 3’ back porch and Deerview hinged windows. This one will sit on 12’ post and hopefully will be as productive as our old Ft Ivan. I’m going to use the Ondura corrugated asphalt siding that you can find at Lowe’s. My goal is to build a shooting house that will be maintenance free over several years to come. Just tired of having to put bandaids on houses.
