is the guy from your county not reliable? when i built my house in '04 there was a guy that came out for free

Please explain. yes sir ... i was building a new home in the county (Tuscaloosa) & i want to say somebody associated with the county commission came out & perc tested my place for free ... but i paid for it on the back-end b/c my land did not perc

It doesn't work that way in Jackson Co. Jackson County health dept. which is ADPH ain't digging any holes and doing a pec test. You hire a surveyor or civil engineer or whoever else the state says can do it, and then Heath Dept . issues the permit if it passes. Oh , and it ain't free.

Knowing how our bunch works I'm flabbergasted someone from the county or state actually did a perc test and did it for free. well, since my land did not perc, i did have to hire a civil engineer to design my septic/mound system (paid him $1500) and THEN the big money came -- dirt hauling & a certified installer for the system ... that set me back a LOT of $$$

I thought this said perch test. That’s a test to check to see if you like guys. Lol. I heard you failed the written test but passed the ORAL exam with flying colors 😯 😂😂😂
