Can you get you HIP online?? And if so how? Computer was down when I went to get one this morning and they said I could get one that way but I can't seam to find a link. Just tells me I am required to have one. Can call but they charge a fee for that.

Web site came back up and finally worked for me. I wouldn't think a kid would need one because they don't need a license.

I got mine on the app. It would not give me the option for my son I'm pretty sure a kid doesn't need one. Bought my license on the Outdoor Alabama app and got everything I needed including the HIP. Also got my son’s HELP number on his Outdoor Alabama app, and it didn’t give the option of a HIP survey for him. I’m assuming this is because of his age. I was always under the impression that everyone had to do it for migratory birds, but maybe I was wrong.
