That dude will be in a walker soon. He spent his career on his back. I really wish he’d gone to a better team he definitely had the talent to be great. Tip of my hat to the guy he’s tough and humbly stuck by that team. Fans booed him off.. idiots

He made $100 million since 2012. I’d “retire” and do something where I didn’t get my brains beat in. He went to Stanford, he should do well.

He's a super nice guy. I met him a few years ago at one of their spring training practices. We were up there for an Army training event and when he found out that some Soldiers were wanting to meet him he made a special trip back out onto the field after heading to the locker room and he came out and talked to us. I've been a fan of his ever since, he's always conducted himself with class and poise and would've loved to see what he could do if he was healthy and was on a halfway decent team

He is smart enough to have the money he made and will end up a coach or GM.

Didn’t he get a degree in biomedical engineering? I remember them making a big deal about it when he was in school.

IIRC, he majored in Architecture.

Architectural Design, from the school of Engineering at Stanford.

Ok, can’t remember who that was they used to make such a big deal about with that major then.... I could have sworn it was him. Still architecture is a great field, especially if you’re sitting on $100M

He will do fine, and he is smart to retire from football while he still has a body that works plus he has a bankroll and a good looking wife to keep him comfortable for the rest of his life.

Not as important how much he has made but how much he has spent. I hope he does well, though.

If $100 million isn’t enough, $200 million won’t be either. He knew he was injury prone and had probably been saving. I doubt he’s paying for 42 people’s cell phone and car payments like some other folks that have a posse.

As he said Saturday night, if he has to base his life's worth on what people think about him, what people say about him being a quitter or being soft or a bust or superstar or anything else, then he'll have a shitty life.
