Overrated...Mike Leach. Dude has never won a damn thing, but folks are in love with him for whatever reason.
Underrated...Dan Mullen. I think the guy is a very good football coach. Yeah, he's goofy as hell, but he's won at MSU, and is turning UF around quickly.

The only people that dont are the head dogs at AU that gave him that contract. To be overrated, someone actually has to think you're doing a great job. He's not the most overrated, he is definitely the most overpaid.

I think folks now realize that David Shaw at Stanford may have been the reason for Harbaugh's success there. David is a brilliant mind and coach.

Overrated - Toss up between Harbaugh and Taggert.
Underrated: Gus. The administration is holding him back, I’d like to see him have free rain to call his own plays and run things as he sees fit.

Most Overrated... Dana Holgerson , has he really ever won anything?
Most Underrated. Neal Brown... I'm betting WV is about to be much improved.
Holgorsen never accomplished anything with his own teams. He could win what he was expected to, but never won a game where the odds were against him. Glad to see he's gone. Now Brown? I haven't heard a bad thing about him yet. Seems like a good man from what I've read. He's setting up a culture there that I hope takes set and brings in some better recruits. He's won games he shouldn't have.
