Arrow impact to be left of aiming point at one distance and right of aiming point at another distance?
There is no fletching/rest contact that I can tell

Purely a form issue?

Group size is good, just impact point is changing

Most likely form, but could also be a tuning issue.

Back in the TM hunter arrow rest days I would have this happen to me too. I had to tune the rest to the left or right to get the arrow to fly in a straight line coming out of the bow. I would measure from the the edge of the riser to the center line of the arrow on the front and back side of the riser.

30yds is left, 50 is right

I did get sweaty shooting, so I could see my anchor point shifting slightly

One pin slidebar sight or fixed pins? And how old are ya? I ask age because my eyes don't see pins clear anymore "un-aided".

Wait, are you saying point of impact is changing? I misunderstood. I thought you meant your arrow was fishtailing and not impacting straight. Tail left and right. My bad
I’m guessing sight alignment or sight picture or form etc.

Have you shot thru paper? If you’re shooting bullet holes at 6 feet then I’m guessing you’re torquing the grip.

I’ve personally never seen a straight arrow change direction then change back. If everything is in tune once it starts one direction it should continue that direction.

To clear up some confusion ...

There is no fishtailing that I can tell
Arrows aren't "cocked sideways" in the target
My sight is a multi-pin sight
Shooting at 30yds, my group is to the left of my aiming point
Shooting at 50yds, my group is to the right of my aiming point
I am having to focus harder on my pin to get a clear picture of it. Pin size is .019
I shot through paper last year. I haven't yet this year

I have seen a friend of mine over torque the pin fastener and that cause the pin to bend in. In his case it was visible that the pin he over torqued was not aligned with the other pins. I know it’s a stupid question, but are all your pins aligned vertically?

What about at 20? Is it on or to the left also? If it’s left at 20 I think your pins maybe off axis or your canting the bow to the right.

I'll check pins this afternoon and make sure I'm not torquing the bow.

Thanks for all the replies

If you have a tall enough target, try using your 30 pin at 50.

You might be canting your bow.

It could be your second axis being off. Do you have a bubble level on your sight and are you keeping it centered while shooting?

Sight does have a level

I just finished shooting and am pretty sure this is/was a grip issue...however the grip could've been causing me to can't

Either way, I tweaked the grip and definitely feel better

Make sure your pins are set equal (windage). I struggle seeing my 40 yard pin at .019, but I'm also getting a bad case of O.L.D. Focusing harder may make you look at the pin more and less at the target, vs the shorter yardage pins.
