I soaked my roller pump in transmission fluid to unlock it. Get as much inside through the inlet and discharge ports as you can and let it sit over night. If that don't work, take it apart. Ya got nothing to lose.

I converted my 3pt to boomless. I went with three "6541-1 Boomless flat spray nozzle 1/2" #10" (from Amazon https://www.amazon.com/6541-1-Booml...;qid=1566240258&s=gateway&sr=8-3 ). They just thread onto a piece of 1/2" pipe with some teflon tape. I did three, middle one is for fields and wide areas, the outside ones are mounted sorta vertically and I use them to spray the sides of roads and fields. Mine works great. I also bought some electronic valves and wired it up so I can turn them on and off from inside the cab. I was tired of getting in and out to turn valves on or raise and lower the booms. I have a 6 roller PTO pump. Flush it out really good AFTER EACH USE, especially after using herbicdes. And I take the pump off and put somewhere with no chance of freezing in the winter, I keep mine in the camp house laundry room.
I love my country, but don't trust my government.
