Who makes them or is it best to make your own. We have a turtle pond instead of a fish pond now. Got skunked this morning and it's been like that for a while now. Think turtles are eating all the eggs?

If it’s in a remote place where you can shoot, a 22 is mighty fun to thin the turtle herd.

Maybe you just can’t fish?? 😂😂 And it should be damn illegal to shoot logger heads with a rifle. Now them river cooters, yea kill all them u want, but them logger heads are fine eating. Put u out a trotline or some jugs with cut bait, or chicken gizzards and beef liver. If you use jugs tie em off where the turtle can’t walk off with em.

i had the same problem in a one acre pond neighbors across street drained about a 5 acre pond to repair the dam and i think their turtles moved over to mine. i put a ladder stand next to the bank so i can shoot down and the .22 wont skip off the water when i throw out feed i climb up and shoot as many as I can I think they learn because after I shot 15 or 20 the rest seemed to relocate somewhere else

A treble hook and good bass rod will rid you wayyyyy quicker then a trap. Me and a friend cleaned two 1/2 acre ponds out in less then 4 hrs when I was 13-14. Guy wouldn’t let anyone fish it because they trashed it every time. After that day we walked up and he said y’all have fun.

Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!
