He responded to me... I'm giving the current guy until at least August 1st. His lease ends August 31st and he has been unresponsive.
I do not have coordinates or an address.
Once I select the successful lessees, I'll meet them at the property with a map, the leases, and put them on a few corners.
That's the plan. I then asked for something more specific than off 43 and he removed himself. His land and he can do with what he wants but I would’ve been a lil more forthcoming with loc.

Price says $3000.00 firm. It does not say that is the starting bid. Only 3 posts to his credit and all of them about this lease plus vague responses. If I don't get a "favorable" response by this evening as to what's going on I'm nuking this thread and swinging the ban hammer. And no, I'm not interested in this lease.

Ive spoken with him on multiple occasions. I sent him a pm directly and have not had a problem with communication thus far.

The lease price is $3,000. By the way, my posts have been responses to the PM's I've received. Not to the general thread. Not certain why some on the forum are trying to dredge up bad things. It's a simple hunting lease. Nothing shady.
