Picked up some stuff to grill this weekend. Gonna to try your liver recipe Fur. I’ll get to eat them all. My wife and daughter think “they’re gross”.

Luckily they're great warmed up from leftovers. Warm them in the oven for about 15 minutes on 350. They explode in the microwave. Seriously.

I have a friend who eats raw beef liver. He says its good as long as its fresh. Ill have to take his word for it. Hes on a raw diet, does not eat anything cooked, eats all his meat raw. Little too weird for me. Was he a wrestler back in the 80’s “Moon Dog”?
