Bell pepper, mushroom and onion: axis atm locator Put a little queso dip in and put on the egg with a chicken. If I have extra smoker room I always smoke something extra for the freezer: When it was done I melted a piece of pepper jack cheese on top:

Last time I used a beer can and it wasn’t quite as big as it needed to be. If your meat is sticking to the jar hit it with a touch of pam or spray butter of some kind. And yes I see Italian variants, Mexican variants and maybe a Greek something down the road. If I do a variant I’ll Post that up too.
