Ive always said Chris Brackett was an arsehole.
We had words before over him being an arsehole.
Never liked him and im glad his true colors are out for all to see. Guys always been a tool.
He had a good thing going with his show though and could have done well, but he couldnt help himself. Guy is his own worse problem. He was bound to self destruct trust me.
Couldnt have happened to a nicer guy..lol.

If it was high fence it doesn't matter how many u kill is that not right? They are not free range animals so the one buck doesn't apply to high fence right? Depends on the state laws and/or regulations. But just saying "it's in a pen, I can do whatever I want" usually isn't going to happen. As Fred said, kill a buck illegally and transport it across state lines - federal screwup and no Monopoly cards can help you get out of jail. This exactly. Transportation of illegally harvested game over state line is no laughing matter. The feds will hang you by your short hairs if they catch you.

I got everything to try and start shooting it again last year, but work got in the way. This year has been surgery on both knees. Think I’m officially done now. I haven’t shot a tournament of any kind in six years.

Couldn't happen to a bigger jackass. I remember Chris Brackett from the days when I used to post at a site called Archery Talk. He used to post there as well. He was just an unbelievable ass*#"e. You would think that a guy trying to have a career on hunting shows would at least pretend to be somewhat civil to potential fans on a public hunting website but nope. Total douche nozzle. Even routinely threatened people. Only thing I hate about this story is that he didn't resist arrest. Would have been even better if the people who arrested him would have had a good reason to beat his ass with a night stick for a good 5 minutes.

I have met and personally know a few outdoor celebrities. I could tell the first time I met Chris that he was a prick and half crazy. Total self promoter that would do anything to elevate himself in the hunting community. Guys like him completely miss represent the hunting community in my opinion.
Hunting brings out the worst in people.
