Fireants are truly creatures of the devil. I had an extended fireant encounter a little while ago picking peas out of my garden. They lit me up numerous times. Easy to understand why they're called FIRE ants

It took a D-9 dozer plus crossbow mixed with round-up at strong mix to get rid of it here. And there is even still some sprouts shooting up that I have to stay on top of.

Mulching head then spike. Everything will be dead. It’ll look like you burned it for months.

I would mix about 4 oz per gallon 41% Gly and 2 oz per gallon of water of imazapyr with a good surfactant and use a good pressure sprayer so you can wet the entire bamboo. Bamboo is a grass anyway. You probably won't get it all the first time.
