You see all our yellow trucks over there?

Not when I went through there last week. I saw your trucks where the interstate splits last year. If you’re working around Brooksville and like BBQ I have some good intel for you.

We are rebuilding that interchange at SR 50/US 98 and I-75. Also still on the one at the Turnpike and 75. Yes, please share the BBQ, I haven't found one decent place down here in 5 years.

not sure what the best way to handle them is but they shouldnt be on tv and gettn married and raisin kids

Everyone has different taste but IMO and a lot of the guys I work with this is the best we ever ate.
It’s on HWY 41 across fron the airport. Not a lot of place to sit and you have to get there early to be sure you get ribs.

I'll put in for a tag. I don't think we have any in Crenshaw county so I may have to get a little help from some one in North Alabama.

Where did you go to apply?

The email notification about this I got today said:
"Information regarding sandhill crane hunts and the registration process will be provided through our website www.outdooralabama.com in the coming months."

So i went to the website and i could not find anything.

They fly to and stop on the refuge and other land in North Alabama on the migration to Florida. Weather plays a big role in the migration, just like with waterfowl, woodcock, etc.

Some mouthbreathing shitweasels killed several years ago out in Mooresville and left them in the field. It wasn't discussed too publicly because they were trying to find out who did it.

Kentucky requires selected applicants to take an online "test" to make sure you know the difference between sandhills, whooping cranes and blue herons. Kentucky also requires a mandatory post-season survey to be completed or you cannot apply for the next season's tags.

I'm trying to figure out how and where 400 people will hunt in the primary area -- North Alabama -- when there isn't much public land where the sandhills hang out. Could be a lot of complaints about poaching and/or trespassing. Will be interesting to see what happens.

I’ve seen a few almost every year on our farm. They don’t stay long

My first year hunting I only hunted Wheeler, and I had no idea what I was doing. I also had no idea what a Sandhill crane was. I had one of (or really a few) those things scare the crap out of me. Them sons of guns can be loud.

Lol now that would be something. I need to come up with a logo and start designs on a new camo. I’ll be like Drake brand and call my line CRANE.

I put in for the alligator hunt and didn't get drawn, if I see a Sandhill crane I'm gonna kill it.
