Put some chunks of pork in the Instapot with 1 packet of fajita seasoning, 1 cut and juiced lime, 1/2 cup orange juice, 1 cinnamon stick, and 2 bay leaves. Cook on the pressure setting for 40 minutes, shred it, then crisp up in a skillet or under the broiler.
