Remove the breast. Use the rest to make a stock and use to make rice. Cut up an onion and some skinless seedless tomato. Little EVOO in a skillet. Start the onions till translucent. Sprinkle the fillets with curry powder and add to skillet along with tomato. Fresh cracked black pepper and salt. Serve with the rice.

I like to fry mine, but i grilled some last month that turned out great. I split mine up the back (so they lay flat) then dusted with some Slap Ya Mama white pepper & drizzled with honey and let sit on the counter for half and hour, then grilled at about 5 minutes per side, just be careful to not burn.
How many people am i willing to sacrifice for freedom? Everyone. All of them...
