Are you sure? I get two guys with the same name and about the same age from the same area showing up on FB. Edit: Pretty sure the one your posted is the right one. He's friends with the other suspect.

Here is the page belonging to a cousin of the one whose FB page was posted earlier and the first post is something about "Free my bros" and names the two that were arrested. The post contains a video which is real charming as well.  https://www.facebook.com/lashawn.thomas.123829I watched the interview and was totally unimpressed by what the sitting Sheriff seems to know and his lack of concern about the situation all the way around. He certainly comes across as just being there for a paycheck and not to actually do anything that falls under the duties of the position. I didn't watch the entire interview. So, were the suspects in custody when the interview took place? Did the so called sheriff know they were in custody if so? Prayers for you sluggun and yours. Prayers for some competency within law enforcement down there as well!

Hope he rots in jail if found guilty. Take a good hard look at this page. The biggest threat to our country is not Al Queda or some far off threat. It is internally being destroyed with these ghetto thug-types right here in our own backyards.

Prayers for some competency within law enforcement down there as well! The sheriff did say that both were in custody at that time. He said that they were arrested late Friday night or early Saturday and that he did not know when they would be arraigned. He did, also, say, in response to a question asked, that both were known to the county for prior crimes ranging up to assault first (I think it was). I am actually surprised that the names of the suspects were released, especially the 17 year old. Not that I disagree with it, but it seems like most of the time that the names of minors arrested are not released.

I agree with everyone else: I'd be doing everything I could to see that this gets escalated to another level.

Everyone needs to avoid Wilcox Co and leave it to the animals, which is a shame because it has so much to offer. From this and Shanes's murder down to the constant break-ins at area boat launches, it looks like there is no hope for justice unless major changes are made.
