#1 1095 & 15N20 Nickel damascus in a Tiger Stripe pattern. Blades is 3-1/2" and OAL is 7-7/8". Scales are sheep horn with black liners, mosaic pins & a brass lanyard tube.
Includes an 8oz handmade and tooled leather sheath.

#5 1095 Carbon steel mini chopper with a bottle opener cut in the back. Has an acid finish that got a little scuffed up. Blade is 3-3/4" and OAL is 8-1/4". Scales are teal dyed maple and dark maple burl with black spacers and liners along with brass and mosaic pins.
Includes an 8oz handmade and tooled leather sheath.

I have no doubt the quality of knife you make is outstanding. But I do have a question because I know nothing about blades. Which one of these would you suggest for an "every day" knife? Basically looking for a blade that stays sharp and easy to re-sharpen if necessary. Also looking at #4 for a kitchen knife... Good stuff as always!

I think smaller knives are better for every day carry. Probably a stainless for ease of up keep. #4 is a little on the thicker side at 3/16" thick.
