Standard off the shelf is Louisiana. Everyone in my family knows I love hot sauce and I end up getting several for Christmas most years. This one my parents recently brought back from a Caribbean trip is my personal favorite ever, specifically on black eyed or Lima beans Cucumbers as #2 ingredient I found interesting. I love it on tacos and in chili. Louisiana, Texas Pete, or Crystal I cant stand Tabasco X2. Crystal is the one you will find in my pantry most often, then Louisiana.
