Cut filets into one inch cubes. Cut a few yellow and red bell peppers, onions and squash into chunks. Place all on skewers and marinate with Catalina/Russian dressing and place on a hot grill. Trust me.

First rule, don't overcook the fish. Salmon is best served medium rare.
Skin side down on a cedar plank which has been soaked in water for about 30 minutes. Season with Paul Prudhomes salmon seasoning and place on grill for about 8-10 minutes.
Eat and enjoy.
