Anybody tried one? I’d like a little more grip but the main ones I see are 10-round and I wonder if that makes it not so concealable.

I'd go that route too. A 10 round seems like it would make it as big as a sub compact 9mm defeating to whole purpose of having a pocket 380

The 10 rounder is great for an extra mag.

where are you finding the 10 round mags ? Hue, since this thread was started, I've been looking and the only 10 round mags I've seen were made by ProMag. I wouldn't give you a dime for every mag made by ProMag. Everyone I have ever used, be it in a handgun or rifle has been total junk. I'm sure someone will say they have one/some they love, but you won't hear It from me.
