3 eggs
2 Oz of Rotell tomatoes & diced green chili pepper
A dollop of sour cream
One smoked deer link sausage (chopped fine)
2 Oz of shredded pepper jack cheese
Salt & pepper as desired.

Mix together and scramble with a tablespoon of real butter.
Serve over a bed of broccoli and brown rice.
A great complimentary beverage is Teto's vodka and Glacier Cherry Gatorade Zero.

This recipe makes enough for two people, easily.

Bahahahaha!
William is telling me how to be a man. 😆
It's like a rabbit, telling a hawk, how to be a predator. 😎

I saw Lidia make some Quiche a few months ago. Got a craving myself. Make one with her receipe. Good stuff. Family wouldn't touch it so I had plenty.

I can't cook an omelet to save my life. It falls apart when I flip it, every single time.
And this recipe (above) looks more like Quiche.
Besides, I really was hoping William would post that meme. 😆

Darn good however you spell it,right?

Maybe someday I'll show you how to make an omelet that you can pick up and eat like a taco.
