Ok I hope this isn’t a dumb question, but can you plant the black oil sunflower seeds that you buy for bird feed at tractor supply?
if God wanted me to be a vegetarian, he would have made shooting brussel sprouts more fun!

Do some research though. They grow great but I’ve planted them to early and all the seed was gone before dove season came in. If I remember they need to be planted late June Or early July to time it right. Yep, 90 days out. Maybe even a little less. But my deer will eat the heads off long before that.

yes and the wife thinks its a great background for pics when in full bloom Mine does too. But when there’s nothing left but stems I just laugh
