We are looking for a few members for the upcoming hunting season. We currently have 10 members and need 13. A membership covers a husband and wife and children under 16. Junior memberships are available for kids over 16 that still live with their parents. We are located in Southwest Colbert County just outside of Cherokee. We have 33 green fields that range from one to two acres in size. Hardwood creek bottoms and pines up top. The pines were thinned last season but not clear-cut. Members are allowed to shoot as many does as they want and are allowed to shoot three bucks, all of which must have four on one side and be 12 inches wide. With the recent baiting bill being passed, we may reduce the buck limit to two per season. There are three guests hunts allowed per member. A guest hunt is $50 and last all day. We have a camp house on the property with beds, bathroom, shower, full kitchen, freezer, and refrigerator. This is a family oriented club and we do not allow foul language, drinking, drugs, or unethical behavior. The dues are $1350 per member and includes all game (turkey, hog, deer). We do have a few hogs, but are not loaded with them. We have big deer and can send pics if desired. We also have a strong turkey population. The property sells itself once you see it. Sounds like a decent deal...as long as erbody ain't got 10 kids  if i needed a place I'd check into it
