Let this be a lesson, the next I buy once fired cases open the bag and examine them. I bought 500 once fired mixed cases and once I got them cleaned up I noticed quite a few of them had small nicks in the necks, nothing major but it does cause me some concern, what do you think?

Post a pic and we can have a better shot at making a determination.
I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

What caliber? If they are mil-spec 5.56 cases you very well may trim enough off to clean em up.
Jason
I have noticed a lot of difference between brands of 5.56/223 brass. All of the Federal LC brass I've measured is well short of trim length, usually .020 or abouts. I've loaded and fired this brass several times without needing to trim it. Hornady brass has been to spec and needed to be trimmed after one or two firings.

308 Caliber and I will see if I can get a good shot of them.

I concur. Any damage/gouge in the shoulder is a no go. Toss that one, and any more like it, away.

That was pretty much my thinking as well but I am still leery of the ones with the neck damage. Needless to say I will nto buy OF brass form these people again.
