Not the supercharged smoking hot kind like they sell in specialty shops, but just regular old hot sauce you get in the grocery store.

Mine is the Cajun Zatarains hot sauce but with a twist. I pour several bottles in a blender and put about 6-10 cloves of fresh garlic and puree it for several minutes. Man that stuff is good on some chicken and pork.

I don't know if I'd call it a hot sauce or not, but Try Me Tiger Sauce is mighty fine on just about any meat. I'd never put it on any decent steak or pot roast though.

I like the regular old Tobasco as far as what I'd call a hot sauce. Tobasco habanero is great when I can find it.

I used to be able to find Gringo Bandito at publix but haven't seen it there is years. Its my go-to.

I will use Crystal, Trappeys or Tabasco without hesitation.

Given that criteria, Tx Pete.

Granted there's a whole 'nother world out there though.

For the money, Wal-Mart's Great Value Louisiana hot sauce is really good.

BC, Crystal makes their regular sauce with garlic. It is really good. It has a brown and white label instead of blue and white. Order you a bottle if you can't find it anywhere.

Franks. Texas Pete. Tabasco. Those are my good main stream go to sauces. If you wanted to kick it up a bit I like crazy Jerry’s mustard gas, or Azz in the Tub.

I don't have a favorite hot sauce. However, I do have a favorite pepper sauce, Tabasco, put it on about everything. It's pepper sauce (says so on the bottle) not hot sauce . wink

Standard off the shelf is Louisiana.

Everyone in my family knows I love hot sauce and I end up getting several for Christmas most years.

This one my parents recently brought back from a Caribbean trip is my personal favorite ever, specifically on black eyed or Lima beans

Cucumbers as #2 ingredient I found interesting. I need to order some more

Life is a journey. Make sure and bring plenty of Beer.

My luck has been so bad lately, it could be raining pussies and I'd catch one with a dick broke off in it.

As far as that “pepper sauce” from the Caribbean. That stuff is pretty dang good but real hot. It gives a good bit of heat but has an awesome flavor

Louisiana or Tabasco. We have been running on Tabasco for several years. When my wife was doing the coupon thing she was able to get the Tabasco at Publix and we actually got a quarter back for every bottle we bought

Thanks for posting. I'll order some today.

This is my current favorite. I love it on tacos and in chili. I'll make my own vinegar based sauces over the summer using tabasco peppers and whatever other ones I have growing.

Not a lot of heat and a lot of flavor

crystal is my go to. Tabasco sucks and Texas Pete is a flavor I like. Louisiana is my second.
