Veggies change night to night. I buy Paul Prudhomme's (RIP) blackened magic and try it at the house. yours looks really great. stock pic of the K-Pauls version, some nights you get crab meat on top, some nights crawfish. Would be my death row meal Blackened Louisiana Drum Fresh Drum Fish From Louisiana Waters Seasoned and Blackened in a Cast Iron Skillet and Served with Drawn Butter, Potatoes and Veggies
