Marinate in Allegro Original overnight and 2.5 minutes on each side over charcoal at 600-700 degrees. https://allegromarinade.com

Ribeye. Oiled, salted and seasoned. Seared on each side for 2 minutes at extremely high heat. Grilled. Prefer charcoal but I'm good with a gas grill if that's what is available.

Well marbled ribeye, about 14 - 16 oz. Season with a little garlic powder, kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Red hot charcoal, 2-1/2 minutes per side. Pull off grill and onto warm plate and cover with foil for a couple of minutes before eating.

I enjoy just about all cuts - ribeye, sirloin, T-bone, filet. Medium. Dales or Moore’s. Gas grill cause charcoal a PIA

I like ribeyes cooked medium and eaten hot off the grill. I like them with a baked sweet potato and grilled asparagus.

Anyone sear and broil? Kinda like a steak house would do? Or does everyone prefer charcoal? I have, but don't prefer that method

Deer/Venison backstrap, 1" thick, RARE, light dust of Chupacabra seasoning, modified to our taste, pan seared in a 100 year old Griswold cast iron skillet. Respect to my buddy 257 for what he does, but we don't eat cow here. Just deer and other wild critters.

I prefer charcoal but I don’t see why some of y’all bother since you’re eating them raw anyway. Cow is already dead, no need to torture it. I have eaten a ribeye without cooking one time. Just salt and pepper. I was a teen at the hunting camp and the amateurs in charge of the grill couldn't get the charcoal to burn. I got tired of waiting and was hungry so grabbed a knife and fork and had dinner. Was pretty damn good.

My younger son bought us a Sous Vide cooker for Christmas. Take two 12 ounce steaks, and lightly cover them with Olive Oil and salt them. Next place them in a gallon sized baggy and squeeze out all the air and seal. Set the Sous Vide cooker to 130 degrees for 3 hours and fill it with hot tap water. After three hours, take the steaks out of the baggy and pat dry. Preheat a cast iron griddle until it just starts to smoke. Throw the steaks on it for one minute per side, just enough for a good sear. The steaks will be a perfect medium rare and will be the most tender steak you’ve ever cooked at home.

Medium rare over Royal Oak. That looks like a CB940. I have no clue what it is...or was. Lol! It’s been backed into with a truck. Bricks under one leg that is rusted out...but I know how it cooks. Kind of scared to get a new one. Some chicken breast I smoked on it.

Is that gun powder seasoning on those steaks ????? No but it does look like it. I was horrified the first time I saw it being used because I had no clue what it was. It's called Southern Flavor.

Heinz 57 has a worchestire sauce variety ya'll should look into. Beef should be finished at least Medium temp. It’s burnt if it’s past rare.

I like to soak ribeyes for a few hours in a 50/50 mix of lee n perrins and bourbon. Right before grilling give it a liberal coat of southern flavor. If I don’t have time to soak I’ll just coat in olive oil, put a lot of course salt and pepper with a dash of garlic powder then douse with lee n perrins while it’s cookimg.
Royal oak lump charcoal as hot as I can get it, leave grill top open, cook over flames (bourbon really gets them flames goin)
Can’t beat it
There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

If yall havent ever tried Hardins, it's some really good stuff and made here in AL. Similar to Southern Flavor but I like it better https://www.hardinsseasoning.comDam that's high

Y'all sure like your seasoning and marinade.
Salt and pepper, if you gotta put something on it, otherwise, not interested.

1 3/4” - 2” thick New York Strip or Bone in Ribeye.
Primo grill at 600+ Degrees.
Let meat sit at room tempeture for 1 hour.
Coat with olive oil.
Cover with Strawberry’s steak seasoning. (The best I’ve found) and coarse garlic salt.
Cook 4-5 min per side. (Medium rare). If you cook your steak beyond medium rare you probably voted for Bernie and you watch ghey porn.
Let rest for 5 minutes and enjoy.

We had what I would call dangnearperfection for supper yesterday - thick bone in ribeyes rubbed w/ olive oil, SPG, and seared over hot charcoal to medium rare and one (for my bride) MR/medium-ish. Loaded taters and a nice crisp asian salad to go along with it. Oh yeah and coconut cream pie to polish it off. Fine meal.

I like to TRex a steak on a BGE. Basically, get it very hot 750+ degrees, sear a thick steak for a minute or so on each side, take it off, let it rest for about 20 minutes, and bring the temp back down to around 400 degrees, then put it back on for 5 or so minutes for each side to let it finish cooking. Oh, that's some good eating. I also cook whole deer backstrap (usually cut into 2 pieces) this way and it is very good and tender and juicy. It is as good as any Ruth's Chris steak I've eaten. If I'm not cooking deer, I prefer a fillet or sirloin. I've never been a big fan of ribeyes.

For a fillet it’s just pink himalayian salt, pepper and olive oil. Finish with butter and oven roasted garlic pods. Anything else I’ll run some southern flavor and dales in addition.

Hard to beat Pepptree steaks and their "Black seasoning" is my favorite. I have Hardins and Southern Flavor in my cabinet too but personally prefer Peppertree. A 1lb bottle has last me a long time and I use it normally at least once a week. http://www.steaksnwines.com/seasonings-gift-shopYep, peppertree seasoning is some count for sure. I need to go get another bottle of it myself.

If you have to use Heinz 57, ketchuo, or A1 to eat your steak you ain't doing it right...
I go through phases on what I put on my steaks before I cook them, right now it is Southern flavor, in a month or so it might be my go to, Dales, garlic powder, and Worcestershire, let them marinate for no more than 30 minutes then cook them HOT!!! at least a 700 degree temp at the grate.. the hotter the better..
