How do you like yours? Montreal steak seasoning, butter and medium-rare over a charcoal grill for me. Only ribeyes.

Marinate in Allegro Original overnight and 2.5 minutes on each side over charcoal at 600-700 degrees.

I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Ribeye. Oiled, salted and seasoned. Seared on each side for 2 minutes at extremely high heat. Grilled. Prefer charcoal but I'm good with a gas grill if that's what is available.

Well marbled ribeye, about 14 - 16 oz. Season with a little garlic powder, kosher salt and fresh ground black pepper. Red hot charcoal, 2-1/2 minutes per side. Pull off grill and onto warm plate and cover with foil for a couple of minutes before eating.

I like ribeyes cooked medium and eaten hot off the grill. I like them with a baked sweet potato and grilled asparagus.

Anyone sear and broil? Kinda like a steak house would do? Or does everyone prefer charcoal?
