I told a friend of mine I would post this here for him. I know nothing about the land other than what little bit he shared with me. I do know there were 3 does and a 7 point taken this past season. Been clear cut but still wants over $3,000 per acre ?!?!
I don’t know where folks get these numbers from.
Can’t be worth more than $1500-1800/ac. Doesn’t even look to have been replanted.
