I told a friend of mine I would post this here for him. I know nothing about the land other than what little bit he shared with me. I do know there were 3 does and a 7 point taken this past season. He said the place is covered up with birds as well. Please see the listing in the link below.

Been clear cut but still wants over $3,000 per acre ?!?!

I don’t know where folks get these numbers from.

Can’t be worth more than $1500-1800/ac. Doesn’t even look to have been replanted.

I don't know about the value per acre, but the last thing I would do to a tract of land I had any intention of selling would be to clear cut it. If they had of just left 10% of the trees it would have been a lot more appealing to a buyer.
