Heading down for a college visit for Caleb and his girlfriend. 90% sure they are both going to Troy. Where is the best local cool lunch spot for the college kids? Thanks!

I don't know about cool but I always wind up at Sister's. X2 - I love their food. I really like Hook's BBQ. As far as college kid cool - I don't know. BTW - great looking young couple - they would definitely enjoy Troy. I believe it is a fantastic university. I got my degree from TSU (Troy State University), my son got his MAcc (graduate degree), and my daughter-in-law graduated from Troy.

Last time I ate there, I had to make an emergency pit stop in Lowe's. I feel sorry for whomever opened the stall door after that debacle.

The authistic savant asian place is mind blowing. Go eat lunch and forever the owner will come to your table and greet you by name. A decade later he knows your name. Its wild! You are talking about ViJay that used to run Mr. Ho's. That place is closed now and ViJay is a manager SantaFe Steakhouse now. He remembers all of my children's names and pretty much knows everything about anybody who comes in there, and he will remember the details of a conversation you had with him 6 years ago.

I put it to a vote. The carload chose pizza. So we went to Sip's. It was really good. Before I could take a picture, half of the pizza was gone. Kids.
We'll try the other suggestions on other visits Thanks!

Thanks that is good to know. That is maybe the most "memerable" person.. pun intended I have ever met. Just amazing! You would think that he would work for homeland or CIA for facial recognition.
