Decent attorney should be able to help this guy. I know the internet is outraged by his shot, but I can see a case for acquittal. He may not have seen the boaters, and the boaters weren’t even in the line of Fire. Don't think that will fly. Imagine going to court and your defense being that I was shooting but I couldn't see what was in the area of where I was shooting. That sounds pretty reckless to me.
Lord, please help us get our nation straightened out.
