Trying the strutt commander series this year. So far they are easy to work and sound like turkey.

I use Yekrut’s mouth calls, Stony’s and Houndstooth. Last year I rolled with the hot hand and killed all my birds with a V cut that I can’t recall the name of, and currently can remember which one of them made it.... I think it was yekrut

Hatchet creek- ridge top cutter Mr. Leonard carr is a good feller to deal with I really like my hunters adiction as well, best purring call ive ever had. I get him to make me a dozen every year, but I go with the Screaming Green. And I get a dozen of the Fatal Attraxion Red calls, and these 2 are all that I use now. Stony needs to think of a better name than just Red. I have used many different ones through the years, and any one of them would call a turkey. I think it's just a matter of how a particular call fits into your mouth and the technique that you use. And it makes way more difference to hunters than it does to turkeys. But those 2 calls sound just right to me and give me some added confidence. I think most of us could go to Walmart the night before the season and buy their cheapest box, cheapest pot, and a couple of mouth calls and kill the same number of turkeys. But what fun would that be?
