mcninja OP 12 point Joined: Aug 2013 Posts: 4,882 Owens Cross Roads	Well, not exactly...Mine ain’t as pretty as Irish’s so I can’t in good conscience call it a kings omelet. Maybe call it a junkyard omelet? Anyway, it was tasty. Eggs, baby maters, mushrooms, spinach, cheddar cheese, sirloin steak tips, served alongside thick cut bacon. I sautéed the mushrooms and steak tips and spinach in the bacon grease. Gonna go to sleep now.
