I firmly believe that a double gallows should be constructed on the East Lawn of The White House. Politicians who willfully and shamelessly violate their oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the United States of America should be swiftly tried and, upon conviction, publicly hanged at sunup the day after conviction. If multiple convicts are to be hanged they can choose with whom to share the gallows or names shall be drawn from the hangman's hat to be hanged 2 at a time.

Is building an AR pistol against California law? I'm not sure anybody knows for certain.

I’m sure it’s partly in attempt to catch people off guard or/and discourage people from owning an AR in particular. It can’t even have a pistol grip anymore...they have this stupid fin thing.

I thought I also heard him mentioning it was a 80% lower or ghost gun, that he registered as well, along with it being an AR pistol?
I'm not sure what the requirements are for an AR pistol in California. I noticed the guns had pistol grips on them.
The one Leo was attempting to explain how to go about not being/getting in the guys situation, (a loophole maybe) but the guy kept talking over him, and the Leo got frustrated and never finished to my knowledge. (I didn't watch all of the video.)
It's quite difficult for most of us to be passionate about things, and allow others to speak.
I'm not writing the actions of taking up the firearms is correct.
I believe under the Constitution, the Second Amendment gives the people of the United States the right to possess firearms and other weapons for our defense.

A) After July 1 you just have to ask for a serial number prior to building a firearm. You’re no longer allowed to build your own lowers and serialize them yourselves. B) California now defines an “assault weapon” as any semi-automatic, centerfire rifle or semi-automatic pistol that lacks a fixed magazine and has one of a number of features that include a protruding pistol grip or a folding or telescoping stock.
