I've got a Cannon Vixa HV30 that is probably considered old school at this point. It is probably 10 years old. I bought it to video the kids and about that time you could start taking videos with your phone, I got a nice camera that I could also film video... and all that jazz... so I never really used it. From what I understand it was a good starter camera for filming hunts. There may be better and equally inexpensive stuff out there... just look into it and if you want it I will sell it cheap.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
