I used R&H Processing off Hwy 21 a couple of times. This was probably 12-15 years ago, but didn’t have a problem with him then. Marble City Meats is in Odena (kind of between Sylacauga & Childersburg). Their price is a little high for skinning/gutting but the website says 50% off your first deer order. Also a USDA facility. This is actually Marble Creek Farmstead, they have a booth set up at PepperPlace on the weekends. Dang fine selection of beef, pork, lamb, chicken, rabbit, etc. Most weekends they sell out of prime cuts very early. www.marblecitymeats.com
