BC OP Freak of Nature Joined: Feb 2005 Posts: 25,681 Locust Fork, Alabama	Last Saturday she killed an 8 Point and while my dad and I were loading it up our tracking dog lunged for the deer and she had the leash wrapped around her wrist. She took a pretty nasty spill and was unconscious for a few seconds after landing right on her face. Today my dad called me and said she’s been having trouble breathing since Sunday and she was admitted to the hospital today. They are saying she had fluid around her heart and throwing around words like heart failure, infection, and a few other things as possible causes. Say a prayer for her if you would. She has to go back and have a heart monitor put on for two months and do a stress test just to rule out the heart failure factor. He said there's a high probability that she's got atrial fibrillation which means her heart gets out of rhythm and starts overworking which builds up fluid in the pericardial sack around the heart. Her dad had the same condition the last decade before he passed away at 82. The condition was an indirect contributing factor. He took blood thinners for the condition and got in a tractor accident and they could not stop the bleeding. Thank you to all that have reached out and everyone who said a prayer.
