Thats one option. Another option I found that works great is to rent an apartment close enough by with a couple of other folk on a short lease. We just keep lawn furniture, tv, and foam mattresses and it works out awesome. Along those same lines, we rented a house on the Kansas lease and also on one of the Georgia leases. Works well for our group. Landowner and neighbors help watch it.

I wouldn’t sell the camper. I think you can find an acre or 2 and make a jam up camp. Just my .02.
